Spelo StudioYour team has the final word.

Spelo makes the dub. In the Studio your team reviews every line next to the picture, fixes what it wants and exports the finished video.

One scene, up to two minutes, in one target language.

Select a line

Each row shows the original and the dub, with the picture beside it.

Edit, then regenerate

Change the words, voice or emotion, and re-voice just that line in seconds.

Gold is original sound

The actors' own laughs and gasps are marked, so reviewers know they stay.

Translation and performance

Correct a line the way a dubbing director would: the words, the voice and how it is played.

  • Rewrite the translation

Type a better line, or ask for a fresh translation that reads the whole film's brief: who each character is and how they address each other.

  • Change the voice

Pick another voice for one line or for every line a character speaks, from the stock voices or a large library from ElevenLabs. Preview before you use it.

  • Direct the emotion

Leave it on Auto to follow how the original line was delivered, or set up to three words such as "whispering, scared".

  • Fix who says it

Move a line to a different character when two voices were confused.

Timing and sound

Every line sits on a timeline with the original voices, the background and the new mix as waveforms.

  • Start and end

Drag a line on the timeline, or trim either edge, to move it against the picture.

  • Speed

Leave speed on Auto or set it from 0.8× to 1.3× when a line has to fit a tight moment.

  • Line volume

Raise or lower a single line by up to 12 dB.

  • Background level

Set the music, effects and crowd for the whole film, from −20 dB to +10 dB.

Review and export

Your team owns the sign-off. The Studio makes it quick to check and finish a whole film.

  • Find what needs a look

Filter to changed lines or lines that need review, and jump to the next issue.

  • Drafts until you save

Edits stay drafts until you save, so a reviewer can try things without changing the dub.

  • Re-dub only what changed

Re-dubbing re-voices the lines you changed and reuses every other take.

  • Export the MP4

Download the finished video. Spelo asks first if saved changes haven't been dubbed yet.

Questions

Does our team need to know the AI side?

No. The Studio works like a script and a timeline: read the line, change it, listen, move on.

Who signs off the language?

Your team. Spelo makes the dub and the mix; your reviewers approve every line before export.

Can a dubbing studio use it for its own clients?

Yes. A licence lets your writers and directors use Spelo for the first pass and the Studio for the polish.

What does the free sample include?

One scene, up to two minutes, in one target language, returned next to the original within a few working days.
